Site Supervisor (Muar, Kulai, Senai)

Working Location : MUAR, KULAI, SENAI, JOHOR

Salary Range : MYR 2,000 - MYR 2,500

  • Review contract documents, consultant’s drawings, work method statement and specifications in order to maintain familiarity with assigned projects.
  • Review all the sample materials and shop drawings and make sure that those are approved by relevant consultants.
  • Coordinate, monitor and inspect work frequently to ensure compliance of the standards and requirements by witnessing daily inspection, conducting appropriate test and certification.
  • Liaise and report to project manager and relevant consultants for any non-compliances or defects, and follow up closely to ensure that those have eventually fully rectified and resolved.
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties/project as assigned by Management
  • Review requests for progress payments submitted by construction contractor and forward with recommendations to relevant consultants.
  • Produce and Maintain all relevant files, documents, reports and daily log; prepare necessary periodic reports in accordance to system requirement such as ISO and as assigned.
  • Attend all relevant meetings such as client-consultant-meeting, client-consultant-contractor-meeting, technical meeting and site meetings, so to provide constructive comments and reports for project necessary actions.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
  • Coordinate closely with other department such as sales and marketing during the handing-over-key, or when receiving any complaints from buyers in order to ensure that the problems are settled with professional manners.


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Property/ Estate Management , or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2-3 years working experience (Experience in Housing and Landed properties are advantage)
  • Possess own transport
