Dualtap Building Management Sdn. Bhd, fondly referred to as DBM, is a subsidiary of Dualtap Group (Dualtap Co. Ltd.), an arm in its international expansion effort. We aim to share and integrate our expertise on Building/Property Management from Japan to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Prepares journal and ledger entries.
  2. Processes or monitors the processing of financial and accounting transactions.
  3. Examines and analyses accounting and financial records and documents such as bank statements, expenditures, budgets and others.
  4. Ensures accuracy and compliance with government and granting agency guidelines, tax laws as well as accounting, reporting and payroll policies and procedures.
  5. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of these matters and gives explanations to researchers, staff and agencies.
  6. Sets up accounts, sub-accounts, and budgets.
  7. Compiles and prepares material to be sent to bank.
  8. Advises on and arranges payment schedules.
  9. Monitors and reconciles various accounts, statements, and reports.
  10. Identifies and analyses discrepancies and errors.
  11. Makes corrections, processes adjustments and follows up on problems.

 

Requirements

Qualification/Experience
 

  1. Two (2) years related experience
  2. Salary offered will depend on qualification and/or experience.

  3. Must be able to work in the project site assigned to you. Having own vehicle will be an advantage.
