Store Manager

Sunward Pharmaceutical is a manufacturer and marketer of healthcare products. We have two generic pharmaceutical production factories, first manufacturing factories established in Singapore (established in 1968) and the other in Malaysia (established in 1978). Sunward‘s sales representation covers Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Centers, pharmacy and wholesalers. In order to promote our own products brand as well as product from principals that we represent Sunward also exports its products to other Asia countries.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure Good Distribution Practice is implemented in the store/warehouse.
  • To monitor and ensure all store and dispensing records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • To ensure store and dispensing Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) are up-to-date.
  • To conduct regular training for Store and Dispensing Personnel.
  • To monitor and ensure all store and dispensing activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • To ensure raw materials is available/approved by QC Department prior to dispensing activity
  • To ensure distribution of finsihed goods runs smoothly.
  • To ensure proper handling of returned/recalled/rejected products/materials in the store.
  • Participation in monthly/annual stock-take.
  • To ensure safety is implemented in the store/warehouse and dispensing area.
  • To continuously inculcate good discipline in the store/warehouse and dispensing area.
  • Manpower arrangement to ensure smooth store and dispensing operations including overtime requisition.
  • To handle store/warehouse and dispensing recruitment and personnel matters.
  • To ensure GMP is implemented in the dispensing area.
  • To monitor/review the dispensing schedule is planned according to the production schedule.
  • To ensure the store is in clean environment at all time
  • To ensure incoming goods and outgoing goods arranged and completed in due time
  • To ensure proper handling of quarantine finished goods
  • To ensure shipment of export items are conducted smoothly and application of export permit to Singapore.
  • To ensure temperature and relative humidity of the store are kept in the specified limit
  • To control the activities in label store and also its other activities
  • To coordinate shipment of raw materials or finished goods for inter-company between Malaysia and Singapore

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in warehousing or equivalent.
  • Hands on experience in using ERP
  • Dual reporting structure to Malaysia and Singapore operation
