•   Venue: Seri Medini Office Complex, Unit GF012 No.7, Persiaran Ledang Heights 81560 Iskandar Puteri, Johor, MY.
•   Date:            8th June 2017 onward - Every Monday to Saturday

•   Time:            9am

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need
  • Follow up and resolving customer complaint and problem and ensure it’s close to satisfaction
  • Comply to Key Performance Indicators
  • To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings & buzz sessions, giving feedback & ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity
  • To respond positively and openly to feedbacks from team leaders & colleagues, and put into practice with a determination to improve.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaint to other stakeholder or next level, within the agreed procedure
  • Assume the responsibility of buddy and mentor as and when required.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma or Degree level qualification.
  • Candidate with Degree level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s): Spoken and written fluent Mandarin and cantonese (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest and 30 minute break time.
  • 6 working day per week.
